SPPB 4.0.5, Cannot Stack Columns On Tablet

Hi, After SPPB version 4.0.5, we have not table/mobile layout so it is not possible to alter columns width with column slider. In a simple scenario, we have 2 Columns and in Tablet View you can NOT do them one under the other with the column slider, or by changing the % to 100%/100%, see attached image.
How can we do that? It is a basic function that we need it every day... [https://ibb.co/7W3YY1y]
