Hello,
my current plan is Business and shows 3/3 domains, which is enough for me. But on the pricing site it's shown that the Personal plan has 3 domains for cheaper and Business has 10 domains. Could I switch my current subscription to the Personal plan and use the halloween sale? And is it also possible to use the renew sale?

You will get the Halloween discount for both the Renewal and upgrade. But unfortunately, a downward upgrade is not possible, only an upward upgrade is available. You can check the upgrade possibilities from your JoomShaper Dashboard.
