Update sp page builder manually

Hi,
I want to update sp page builder from version 4.0.4 tot 4.0.6, but it is giving a 403 error. It says that i have to install it manually, but i don't know how to do that.
Could you please help me with this?

Manually install means you have to download SP Page Builder from our site and install on your site. I have installed the latest version on your site. Enjoy!
