Update Sp Page Builder Manually

Hi! My sp page builder does not want to update automatically. It gives the following error: Downloaden pakket mislukt. Download het en installeer het handmatig vanaf https://www.joomshaper.com/index.php?option=com_product&task=download.download&product=extension&id=62&sub=1.
Could you please install it for me manually?

I was able to install/update SPPB, but I used different method (install by URL). But please contact with Hosting Support anyway, otherwise you won't be able to update Joomla as well.

Accepted AnswerYour Joomla cannot install any extensions, I tried 3 different ones. Every time I got this same message:
The installer can't continue until file uploads are enabled for the server.
It's not a problem with Joomshaper products this time. This error message is created by Joomla core.
It means that you have to contact with hosting support !
