My sp page builder does not want to update automatically. It gives the following error: Downloaden pakket mislukt. Download het en installeer het handmatig vanaf https://www.joomshaper.com/index.php?option=com_product&task=download.download&product=extension&id=62&sub=1.
Could you please install it for me manually?

I was able to install/update SPPB, but I used different method (install by URL). But please contact with Hosting Support anyway, otherwise you won't be able to update Joomla as well.

Just update, like you install any other extensions.

Your Joomla cannot install any extensions, I tried 3 different ones.
Every time I got this same message:
The installer can't continue until file uploads are enabled for the server.
It's not a problem with Joomshaper products this time. This error message is created by Joomla core.
It means that you have to contact with hosting support !
