Google Says That My Site is Not Optimized To Smartphones

Hi!,
In search results of my website, google say that my website is not optimized to smartphones and I'm afraid that question affects to my search results.
When I make an optimization test with google tools, some results tells me that robots.txt are blocking to google robots. Because of this, google adverts that tezt are too small and elements are near eachother. I'm afraid that google doesn't load some css or atributes and template is'nt showing to Google as it would be.
I'm using Finance template.

Accepted AnswerHi. Google Tools has already given you the right answer. In robots.txt, open CSS files for indexing .

I've made some changes in robots.txt allowing robots to explore the next directories:
Allow: /templates/shaper_finance/ Allow: /components/com_sppagebuilder/ Allow: /plugins/system/helix3/assets/css/
But sometimes Google optimization test still tells me that website is not optimized to smartphones and the same in search results when I'm logged as MyBusiness owner.
I share some information in hidden content.
