Is It Safe To Move To Pagebuilder 4x With Joomla 4.24?

Hi,

I tried to move from v3 to v4 about a month ago and had a number of problems. It deleted all my cuustom css and modules.

Will this still happen if I try the latest release? I am on HelixUltimate template and Joomla 4.24

Hi

Thanks for contacting us. You can upgrade it to the latest version but please make sure you have a full site Backup. Most of our issues have been already solved now but still, it's better to keep a backup before doing any changes.

If I may say [ I love JoomShaper to be clear ] but very carefullly...

I would say it depends on the template you are on.

I was on Wimble (Joomshaper template) and tried and it was not a positive/successful experience and I went back to v3.8.9

Best of luck and definitely do that backup - to be safe.
