Medico_quickstart Could Not Be Installed Without Errors

This morning I bought the personal package for $99. Then the medico_quickstart_j4_v2.0.0 downloaded and tried to install. The installation just aborts. You can't get any further. Local XAMPP: PHP 7.4.30 (reinstalled today)
Error message see figure at end of message. I'm disappointed. I am still considering whether to return the product.
I also find it strange that the quickstart ships with J4.0.4!
