Hello. My site was built with SP Page Builder version 3.8.X, and after uninstalling that version and installing SP Page Builder 4, now the pages can't load through the new version..just like new..no content. Why?

who told you to uninstall prevoius version SPPB 3.8 ???? Is was a big mistake, it could delete content of database. It wasn't a smart idea.
Ask hosting support to recover site from backup or use your own backup.
