Hello,

If i check : Show Phone Field and Show Checkbox and his label

Dont see on my page

Hi,

it's becuase in that template that addon was overriden.

Please DELETE site.php file from this folder

templates\shaper_travelia\sppagebuilder\addons\ajax_contact\site.php
