Problem With Sp Page Builder 4

After installing SP PAGE BUILDER 4.03 and 4.06 no page can be managed.

How can I solve this problem?

I will leave the access data to my website, at this moment version 3.8.7 is installed.

P.S. In the event that this problem is solved, could you tell me what steps you followed?
