SPPB 4.0.6 - Inner Rows Not Work In SPPB Module

In the module version the Inner Rows do not work, in the live editor everything works fine but in the public part the inner row, its columns and the addons are not rendered.
How to reproduce the bug:
- Create a module with SPPB
- Add a Row with one or more columns
- Inside a column add an inner row
- Add addons to the inner row columns
- Save and view the public part.
Please fix in the next version
