500 Unknown Column 'uc.name' In 'where Clause'Unknown Column 'uc.name' In 'where Clause'

We are having a issues with SP LMS, upgraded to the latest release to see if the issue would resolve itself. When clicking on "Quiz Results" we get the error of 500 Unknown column 'uc.name' in 'where clause'<br/>Unknown column 'uc.name' in 'where clause'.

Any suggestions?
