I just installed the Nuron quickstart and at the final stage, while installing the database I received this error;

The installation process failed.

However, when I visit my site and the administrator area everything works fine!

I am using the following on localhost.

This is the third quickstart package that has failed for me in the past few days.

Is someone able to replicate this?
