Hi Team,

on you website (preview) i see the contact form as follow:

when i check on my website i have it as this:

https://angelus.vandamit.be/images/questions/kidzy-contactus2.jpg

How can i have the message box the same as on your preview?

Apology for the delay. The same design is not available. Because, on the demo, it is SP Page Builder 3. On your site, you have updated to SP Page Builder 4. You may try Custom CSS to adjust it.
