1064 Error - SP Movie Database

Hello, I have an issue with SP Movie Database. I've added just one movie for testing purposes and I've created a menu item linked to SP Movie Database component. When I click on the menu item I get a 1064 error: https://onstage.guru/schede-film-nuovo Am I missing something? Thank you

mmmh ... perhaps the update from J3 to J4 has create some problem. We will try now with a new J4 installation: if does not work, I will send you PHPMyAdmin access
