Yes I have seen the changelog. I have complained earlier on the fact that SP Page Builder 4.0.6 (and now 4.0.7 too) is not usable in case of SP Pagebuilder within a Joomla article as it simply not opens. I don't know how you exactly name this, but I am speaking over Joomla articles where SP PageBuilder is used, so not Pages...
