¿Ha limpiado el navegador y la caché de Joomla?
SI el problema persiste, por favor, comparta sus credenciales de acceso de administrador con nosotros en el área Contenido oculto.

Accepted AnswerThe browser and joomla cache was removed but the problem persists in some pages as hompeage (default) sent the access credentials to the administrator

As I can see, you haven't activated your SP Page Builder Pro yet. See the screenshot here.
For activating your SPPB, input your email and license key to SP Page Builder -> Pages -> Option (on the right) -> License & Update (input your email and license key) -> Save and Close.
Not to mention, your license key is located on your Dashboard in the profile section. See the screenshot here.
Don't forget to clear the browser and Joomla cache after that and then try again.
