SP-Pagebuilder Language Pack Installed But Not Shown In Another Language

Hello, everyone,
I installed the "German" language pack via the settings. SP-Pagebuilder also shows me that it has been installed. However, the interface is still in English. Why, what am I doing wrong?
I would be happy if I got an answer.
