No, it's the logo before scrolling. Did you check on an acutal iPad? It works fine on desktop but not on tablets… Actually the same error occurs on your demo version – if you open this one: https://www.joomshaper.com/joomla-templates on an iPad.

No, it's not. As described before, please use an actual iPad to see the problem. It works fine on desktop devices even on tablet breakpoint. But not on actual tablets. Could you please try again and talk to the developer team? I think this needs a fix asap as it will occur on any website using Artion.

This problem has nothing to do with Joomshaper products. It belongs to the field of knowledge of graphics and screens. For devices with x2 pixel ratio , what are Apple devices requires images one and a half to two times bigest for high-quality displaing. Or images in SVG format.

Just redraw your logo in SVG using Adobe Illustrator or any other vector editor.

Hi Mehtaz. You should know such simple things and understand them from the first user appeal, instead of asking for access, which will not decide anything. Increase the quality of your work. 1 week to solve such a simple issue, in my opinion it is inconceivable

Thanks for your anwer. Setting image with in addon settings did show the logo – thanks a lot!! BUT even now (it's svg and very high quality) the logo is pixled on iPad. :-(

Hi. Clean the browser cache in iPad. I think it is still showing you PNG from the cache. And replace site logo in Helix settings to SVG too

There are no more ideas. SVG should work well. On the side of the site there is nothing more that you can do with it

I appreciate your help a lot and your latest answer left me unsatisfied. As I did everything as you described and the same problem occours on demo version I wish you could check again if there is anything we could do. It's an important client website that can't stay like this.

There is only one alternative I could think of: Blocking logo animation for tablets like on mobiles. Any idea how I could achieve that?

Perhaps you are right. The transform property that is used in the animation can distort elements. Try turning it off and check.

You shold use css for this purpose to hide the image addon and display standart site logo on iPad. To target your css to specific iOS devise you should use spesific media queries. Google "media queries for ipad"

This is not a bug, so it cannot be fixed. This is how CSS Transform Property works. The iPad has too detailed resolution. There you see what is not noticeable on ordinary screens.

Just hide this for the iPad using CSS.
