I don't know how to create a screencast video and am unable to provide screen captures because I cannot see how to upload images to this forum. The add image button here requests a URL rather than allowing me to upload an image.

But the problem is quite simple. When I try to upload a jpg image from my local computer's hard drive, the Page Builder media library works for a while then shows the error message 'Internal Server Error'. And that's it.

I've contacted my hosting company about this and they advised to check the PHP error log. However, there were no errors or warnings or anything relevant.

By the way, this is no longer an urgent matter for me. I have completed the work on my web site and have other urgent priorities at the moment.
