Multiple Duplicate Forum Replies

Hello - Regarding this forum. I am receiving duplications of each forum response. I receive these as emails all to the same email address. The duplications are also found on the forum notifications list. This morning for example I received 6 emails but they were actually only 2 responses.
Is there a reason for this and can anything be done to stop the duplications?

Accepted AnswerA screen shot is not really necessary unless you don't believe my word. :-) I am now only receiving duplicate emails. Not a big problem. I will just delete the excess messages. But I wonder how the emails are being duplicated. Presumably your support team can only submit messages once?
