Table 'ep6xtsplmsquizresults' has the wrong type or attributes for column 'courseid' with type bigint unsigned. (From file 3.0-2018-03-12.sql.) Table 'ep6xtsplmscoursescategories' does not have column 'parentid'. (From file 4.0.5.sql.) Table 'ep6xtsplmslessons' has the wrong type or attributes for column 'courseid' with type bigint unsigned. (From file 4.0.5.sql.) Table 'ep6xtsplmsquizquestions' has the wrong type or attributes for column 'courseid' with type bigint unsigned. (From file 4.0.5.sql.) Table 'ep6xtsplmsquizresults' has the wrong type or attributes for column 'courseid' with type bigint unsigned. (From file 4.0.5.sql.) 163 database changes were checked. 61 database changes did not alter table structure and were skipped.

I've already updated SP LMS to v4.0.8
