as I remember events from JomSocial have this feature, I don't know if EasySocial have this same or similar.

About others events component, hard to say there are so many of them, mostly premium ones...

so, SP Booking is not for you out the box.

You have to find/use dedicated events component. I know we are not consultacy company but check those:

3. RSEvents

sorry, I didn't check which still work in J4.2.x, I used all in J3.x times.

Indeed, I was considering the purchase of Event Booking (joomdonation.com) because they have a J4 version but I was worried about compatibility with your Helix event templates and sp page builder. Do you have news of any problems with this component (Event Booking)? Since it's a new project, I don't want to start with bugs that I may never be able to fix

Nothing to worry, I use that component on over 10 websites (Joomla 3.10) with Helix Ultimate all works smoothy. In the past also made few small customizations etc.

Event Booking module also should work inside SPPB or inside template position.

About J4.x - not tested yet with it , but with J3.x all still works online.

You can always ask for refund in case of EB major errors. I am not their support to help more here.
