Font Should Be Bold - is Not Working

Hi - I have the problem with the Text-Addon! I need to make some words bold - in the text editor I see now the words in bold - but not in the Layout screen and in the frontend! ... and Yes - I have cleared the joomla cache!

how can I insert a print screen here?
