Thanks for your query. Did you mean the editing tools disapear while move and try to select it?

Then I have suggestions for you...

You can use the context menu to edit those addons. Context menu appears when you right-click inside of an addon, it gives you useful edit options right there.

Another suggestion is that you can create a new Row above, put a divider addon there, then disable that row.

And keep it please, must be disabled, not deleted. Then you may be able to edit all rows below.

I meant, don't delete the devider addon just disable it!

You can create the row anywhere and after disable t you can move it to the top of the page.

Hi. Apparently, this happens because the Header is in position: absolute and overlaps access to the section settings. Only then can help workaround. Being on the edit page, open the browser code inspector, find the Header and its CSS, and change z-index to 0. It is enough to have a regular page editing, until you restart it.
