Hello, I have two websites with the same Joomshaper version and the same Helix 3 templates. Both versions are different. The normal popup looks different and I can't use the ripple effect?

Hi Michael,

but you forgot about one thing, in some templates addons may be overriden by template itself.

Easy to check - switch to Joomla default template for 90 sec and recheck.

In raw Helix Ultimate (no addon override) or Cassiopeia - SPPB 4.0.7 looks like that

Yes, you can use overriden addon in 2nd template just

COPY FROM templates/your_template_1/sppagebuilder/addons/modal

THEN UPLOAD HERE templates/your_template_2/sppagebuilder/addons/modal

Your template with ripple effect - what is his FULL TEMPLATE NAME?
