Template Nuron - Topbar: Margin And Padding In The Slider Problem

Hello. I have a problem setting the margin and padding in the slider (template Nuron - Topbar / layout Furniture). This also applies to other add-ons. From the helix position, everything is set, but the styles do not load when I check the preview of changes. This also applies to the animation position - it's turned off, and when I review the changes, the animations are still turned on. I've attached photos. I've already tried clearing cache in joomla, cookies. This doesn't solve my problem Please advice how can I fix this.

I've also noticed that custom.css only loads into the header position. The component item does not load the path where the styles are located
