Hello! I use Varsita templates (quick start and upgrades) but when I change start data events i see DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse time string (05 октября 2021) at position 0 (0): Unexpected character What does that mean and how can I repare this mistake? It happened in russian version of site only.

I get an answer from your support:

Have you updated all of your components, please?

However, the following thread may help you:

https://archive.joomshaper.com/forums/sp-lms-event-datetime-construct

But it not solve my trubbles. I use Varsita template (not Yoga) and there is not com_splms subfolder in templates/shaper_varsita/html/ And I have some trubble with updates LMS and SPPB. I can't do it standart way via updating in the system. I need to load zip for updates. What is wrong? Yes, I wrote my registering key in the system.

Help me, please!

Hello Elena Babicheva

Sorry, I could not find the issue in our quickstart. Please share a screenshot of your issue. Automatic updates might have issues with the server. Download it and install on your site manually.

Best regards

I'm sorry, but it is not solve the problem. See this page, please: http://study.sasha-berg-agency.ru/ru/lms-ru/events-ru

UPD: I reinstalled Fast Startup (your login and password are actual) and am trying to update SPPB and LMS but cannot https://photos.app.goo.gl/UYQLiKHuUHdCTtiAA. (UPD: I updated SPPB from ZIP to 3.7.7 and after that joomla can update it to 3.7.9, it's solved. But not for LMS. Joomla still can't update LMS.) The license key and activation letter are present in the system for both parts https://photos.app.goo.gl/72DHrJ4JjYMFqBPp8. Let's start from this point. How can I get an update using Joomla tools instead of downloading new ZIP files with new installation archives? May be we can fix first bug this way.

And please, see russian events there in the list: http://study.sasha-berg-agency.ru/ru/lms-ru/event-categories-ru/eventcategory/joomla-event/ It has incorrect data of the event. In case future event data I have "DateTime::__construct(): Failed to parse..."

Also see it: https://photos.app.goo.gl/fF1maRvdbCnpwhcB8

Please, help me to fix this bug with dates for Russians pages. This errors are present only for Russian language.

Automatic update often does not work for server issues from our end. The alternative is download and install manually. Unfortunately, there is no other fix right now. Your credentials do not work now. Please share again. I will check the Russian language Events issue.

I see. I installed new ZIP manually. Also your login and password are working now.

And one more question if it possible. Why I can ot delete Arabic language? How can I do it?
