Update Breaks Menu

Using Template Shaper Rental, (and others), when I migrate from the dev server to live, if I update SPPage Builder, the menu breaks. The latest example is; https://www.windowcoveringgallery.com/ I have asked this question before but I am not sure if I got an answer as I could not find it. thank you
