Just Some Advice Needed

Hello,
I really like the template called "Floox". It has everything I need. And it is available for Joomla 4. But, it is created in Helix 3. And I read on the forum I can better use Helix Ultimate. Is there a way to convert this template?
What is your advice in this matter? Is there a similar template that has the same header and menu options like the transparent and sticky header? And the top bar is perfect for me.

indeed it's based on Helix3 - but it's still work, and it's supported framework, if all works you don't have to think about that.
It's not easy way to convert from Helix3 to Helix Ultimate - a long process.
