Needing Some Advice On Styling For An SPPB Row

Hi I am wanting to create a row in SP like the one in the image below:
I like the image and the way it integrates with the backgorund colour of the row and I am wanting the way the line slants at the bottom.
Looking for advice on how I could achieve this in SPPB. I assume the grey and image is a background image with the text overlay. Or maybe I am wrong.

I have created this with Image Addon (the red marked man image has transparent background) and there is a nature image in the section background. In the style settings of the section, I have enabled Bottom Shape. You can follow this method.
