for the contact form module, I can't translate the tooltip message in any way

i changed the language to english and nothing
how to change the tooltip from Polish to English

This is from your browser! If you would use ENGLISH version - then EN. Install Brave browser (EN) great for such a testings or ask your UK friends to verify :)
