Drop down menu full width background

Hi,

On site https://www.clayconews.com when I have a drop down menu item, I need the background to be full width so you do not click on an ad by mistake when selecting a menu item. I see in the Helix Menu options that I can set the Dropdown Width to 100% but when I do it does not work. I also tried adding this CSS below and that does not work either. So I am clear what I am tring to do is something like you see here on https://www.adobe.com where the full width is used for drop downs. I don't want to move them around as the placement is good now, I just want to make sure users can only click on the menu and not anything on the page when the sub-menu is active.

Hi Toufiq,

I cannot give you access the backend of the site in question, my client is too worried about a problem since PHP-FPM needs to be restarted and cache cleared at cloudflare before you see the results.

I can tell you that this porblem can be found on any site with Helix Ultimate installed and if you need me to I can set you up with a test site so you can see the problem.
