Saving Image Element Deletes The Section

Hi all, I have just paid for the SP Page Builder 3.7.9 to make sure all my plugins are updated in Joomla, however when I add any image to any section in (SP Page Builder) the section disapears after saving, also if I try to press Apply, the apply button gets stuck and nothing happens.
(currently i put my website down)

Accepted AnswerHi, In most cases (95%) this kind of issue is caused by template that overrriden SPPB addons code, using old code.
Easy to check, confirm who is guilty.
For 3 minutes change default template to Protostar (or install free Helix Ultimate and use it) and then edit this same page again.
- If would be OK, it means that you have to ask template developer to fix his code.
- If would be still problem, use "Hidden Content" and share access to administrator area, as Super User

Accepted AnswerNo it isnt, i had an issue with the DNS and it got resolved. but also my Joomla installation got corrupted, I guess it was one of the templates as you said..

What about mage edition is OK?
