Instagram Issue With Site

we continue to have issue getting the instagram token with sp page builder v4.0.8 , we tried installing helix ultimate v2.0.12
when we install sp page builder v4.0.5, it at least gives us the instagram token, but it doesn't save it into the db, we have to go into the phpmyadmin to hack the extensions table, SP Page Builder
