Hi, I just installed 4.0.8 on a new joomla project and here the backgrounds also are not working. How can I solve this when I do not have an old folder to restore?

Was this ever fixed? I'm still on 4.0.7 becasue 4.0.8 had this issue. I don't want to upgrade to 4.0.10 until I know this issue is fixed.

It is working because I am using 4.0.7. If you are looking at my website, it will be working correctly. When I tried to update to 4.0.8 the semi transparent black background behind the text went away on the front end. I had to go back to 4.0.7 to get that background back. I want to upgrade to the lastest version but I want to make sure this bug is fixed before I do so.

I have several forms. These are extensions from RS-Joomla (RS-Form-Pro). All pages with the forms lost their background as well. Why is this happening all over the place on so many sites ? There is definitely something wrong with the HELIX template. This template is causing endless issues.

Ok I will inform our team but in the meanwhile I can solve it via custom CSS. For this I need that problamatic page link.

I updated to 4.0.10 and the background behind the text on slides is working for me now. It looks like there are other people in this forum who have other issues but it seems you all fixed my issue in one of the last two updates. Thanks
