I can't use sp builder.

Excuse me, My computer is sppagebuilder_pro_v4.0.8，Joomla_4.2.8，xampp-windows-x64-8.2.0-0.

I can't use sp builder. System display: The requested page can't be found. An error has occurred while processing your request.
