Hi, I would like to set a partners logo slider, so I'm using Clients addon. But event if I set addon as a slider (https://pasteboard.co/roB7S0MWc0WJ.jpg), it doesn't shows as a slider (https://pasteboard.co/AjYhbo8mjLGb.png). There isn't even item gutter as set. And no nivigation items, arrows or dots.

There is an error in developer tools in .../templates/barber/js/main.js:88, but it doesn't seems linked with slider :

Hi, I'm coming back on this issue. It appears that i occurs only on this website (https://www.lespoissonsduciel.fr/fr/). I tested on another webiste using same template and same extensions, and all is OK (FYI, 3rd party extensions on these websites are JCE, Akeeba Backup and RegularLab's Clean Cache, nothing else). So I reinstalled Barber and SP Page Builder on the website with issue. Nothing changed. Actually I reinstalled twice, once by Estensions > Manage > Install, and once manually by deleting and replacing in templates/barber and plugins/system/helixultimate.

I tried with another template to test if the issue comes from SP Page Builder or Barber. With Protostar, no issue. With another JoomShaper template, Maestro, no issue either.

I noticed that the JS error described in previous post wasn't here on the other website using Barber. So I checked .../templates/barber/js/main.js with the default file of Barber's template, no difference.

I checked in scripts and others stuff loaded in <head>. No major differences, except that there is no type="" on js and css links, and maybe more problematic, script src="/components/com_sppagebuilder/assets/js/sp_carousel.js" defer with no defer="defer".

Is this something linked to theme settings? I tried to export settings from the website which is OK to the website which doesn't work (in a template copy affected to a page with Clients addon), but slider is still not working.

I'm desperate. I really don't know what to do next. Joomla! cache isn't activated. Both sites are on the same server, in separate folders, so with same settings. Could you help me to solve the issue?

More investigations but still no idea to solve the issue. On a test page, content of <head> is exactly the same between Barber and Maestro, except, of course, the name of the template. But the item itself is quite different.

FYI, image slider addon does not work either.

Fun fact, when I enable debug in Global Configuration > System > Debug System: Yes, there is no issue anymore. But when I revert to No, problem comes back :-( . So, it's a jquery issue in /media/jui/js/, but I don't know how to regenerate version (numbers after ? after file name).

Hi Joomshaper! My question was posted almost 1 week ago and still no answer. I asked by chat when someone could have a look on it and I was answered "as soon as possible"... I think I gave quite an extensive description of the issue and also, at first steps, credentials to investigate in backend. Meanwhile, client is quite in a hurry to have this fixed. Can I hope to have some informations from you?
