Headlinetext, Divider Etc. Inside Form

Is there a way to put a headline or dividers etc. inside a form? I have a form with 4 sections that I want to set section headlines on.

from addon settings you cannot, as I know only few advanced Form components has that feature (RSforms and Convert Forms).
The only way to add "dividers" now is by custom CSS.
