I am getting two different errors when I try to upgrade from 3.8.9

One being a SQL Error Duplicate catid

the second one being this: 0 Failed opening required '/home/isolutions/rd2.imagineteam.solutions/administrator/components/com_sppagebuilder/builder/classes/base.php' (include_path='.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php80/root/usr/share/pear')

I have double checked every technical requirement and have them all correct.

The installer is not creating the nessecary folders in com_sppagebuilder and every time I attemptthis process, I have having to restore from backup

As a note, Helix is up to date, all other modules are up to date and Joomla is up to date.

I did this as a private request and was unable to update it to public
