Form addon or opt-in
Hello, I would like to create a sweepstake. The participant has to provide his address data and email and fill in some questions.
Later we want to evaluate the answers as well as the address data with the emails.
How and with what do I do that best? form addon or opt-in addon or with both? or something completely different!
The registration data must be saved but also the corresponding answers from the individual participants to the questions must be saved.
How do I do that?
