Form addon or opt-in

Hello, I would like to create a sweepstake. The participant has to provide his address data and email and fill in some questions. Later we want to evaluate the answers as well as the address data with the emails. How and with what do I do that best? form addon or opt-in addon or with both? or something completely different! The registration data must be saved but also the corresponding answers from the individual participants to the questions must be saved. How do I do that?

yes, you already answered that question. You have to use advanced Form component. For example: Convert Forms (Tassos) or RSForms Pro or ???

In SPPB messages sent by the form are NOT stored/saved in database, also that's why.

We built our Form addon to be GDPR law friendly, EU regulations.

@paul is it possible then in combination with the opt-in form? the convertforms and the rsforms do that all? saving adresses, mails and the answers of the sweepstakes questions?
