I can confirm this is an issue with Sp Simple Portfolio on Php 8.0 and above. You can create items, but you cannot edit them, as soon as you press save you have this error. We need an update for the component.

Sure, I made a video: https://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/c0etDQVahZ4 As you can see, I tested on 2 different templates, so it's not an isolated issue. You can notice that on php 7.4 server it saves without issues, but on 8.0+ it gives an error.
