Joomshaper Not Good: Templates Not Working In March 2023, Why?

It is not possible to list templates that do not work with php 8.
A customer, a real estate agent, commissioned me a website for his real estate agency and chose the Estate template. Quickstart with Joomla 4.0.3 completely unusable if not installed first with a php version < 8.00.
Later to upgrade to Joomla! 4.0.4 requires Joomshaper component updates first (SP Builder, SP Property etc). The next upgrade to the Joomla! 4.2.9 requires another pkg search update.
At the end of the installation of Joomla! 4.2.9 and switching php to version 8.x nothing works anymore. See: https://demophp8.terraperta.it/
