The site is deing developed on my local machine using:

Hello Shawn

Apology for the delayed response. Please share a screenshot of your issue to understand it better. Take a screenshot and share via any platform. For example: Lightshot or Imgur

Best regards

I'll give you the opportunity to provide support for this before continuing with my refund request. Please respond ASAP with a solution, not just with a simple suggestion that you will help. 3 days to respond is not acceptable.

A screenshot won't show anything other than a web page!

Describing the steps in more detail would be better, this way you can easily reproduce the issue.

  • Log into Joomla Administrator
  • On the left hand menu click Components / SP Page Builder Pro / Pages
  • Select [page name] from list
  • Click add ons from SP Page Builder PRO menu
  • Drag Joomla Module addon into page
  • Click Joomla Module icon in Joomla Module addon
  • All options for the Joomla addon dissapear
  • All editing options within SP Page Builder PRO elements stop functioning

Thanks for giving us a chance to review your issue. I have looked into it on my end and it is working fine here. Please share your administrator access here to check the issue. Use the Hidden Content box to share the credentials. Make sure that you have a full site backup with you before sharing.

Like I've mentioned multiple times, the site is being developed on my local machine, therefore I am unable to provide you with access.
