I had the free version when I installed the PRO version, the component does not work anymore, a blank page appears in the component menu, only the PAGE and category options appear

Apology for the delay. I have checked the site. It works with Cassiopeia template. It looks like the template is conflicting with SP Page Builder. Please contact your template provider about it.
