Hello support forum,

Just so you know, I have taken a recent Backup, taken on Wednesday, 29 March 2023 00:36 UTC and stored a copy of it on and off of the server by FTP.

I have tried the Posted step by step fix as best I know how to and I am humbly asking for your help. I am very willing to be wrong if you find that I missed a step somewhere. I am wanting to know, if I missed a step and where. Maybe it is a setting in global configuration?

Hi Paul, thanks for replying. I am hoping to make this less confusing in Tip 3 you shared with me, I removed the reference to CC: part all together. Saved. Cleared my browser cookies and cache.

Then on the server I checked in everything, cleared the server cache, cookies, browsing date and images. Closed my browser. Re-opened and tried to send a message to see if it would show the prohibited input U 00000020 message of sending test email.

The issue still exist after doing all of this. I take it that putting {{e-mail}} is what was causing the problem.

I'm ready for the next place to look with your guidence. Thank you. I hope we can fix this together and that I can understand and learn and grow from this? See screenshot of my settings in Hidden Content.

Hi Paul, Yes, I have confirmed with Susan that she did receive the emails 4,5, and 6. She forwarded them to me. Thank you for fixing this and the off canvas menu issue. This issue is now fixed.

I would still like to know, where I made mistakes, or missed steps so that I can learn and grow from this? I know you time is limited and would appreciate where I went wrong if you have time?
