Cannot Access Admin Dashboard "0 Class 'Joomla\Console\Application' Not Found"

Hi support team,

I upgrade Joomla 3 to 4 but it failed and noticed helix problem. So my host restore the website use the backup last 3 days ago. (before edit anything) After that the website show something wrong, such as the annimation running number from 1-999, it show 0 only like the below link.

I try to login administrator site but it shown below on dashboard

0 Class 'Joomla\Console\Application' not found

Please recommend me how to fix it?

Which PHP version are you using? If it is PHP 8 or above, try downgrading to PHP 7.4.
