the most trusted way would be to use ChronoForm module (!) I remember that it has it, then choose & use it inside Module addon inside SPPB Page etc.

I do it for other popular form builder Convert Forms (Tassos) all the time and they work perfectly.

If somehow that component doesn't have module (but it should have it), but it has a plugin that allows you to use as shortcode in articles etc. then you have to use more complicated way.

those above tips are common for all SPPB versions 3.x and 4.0.x
