Please check now.

Export should be possible, I checked random 4 pages using Firefox.

Hi,

I only wonder why I still can. It was on our list of bugs, but as you probably saw on changelog it wasn't included yet :( sorry.

Have you tried to talk with hosting support? Maybe it's sort of MySQL limit, otherwise all users would have that same problem.

Hi Paul,

We have own high-performace hosting system and control the entire environment 100% so there is no restrictions at all that limits any thing in SQL.

We have stalled some development as it is too time consuming manage this page by page with the script in SQL, i will try to write a special script so we could move the pages in a more automated way until this bug is resolved.

If you are in the same version, then it is very strange, if you are not able to replicate it the scenario.

Indeed, we both have this same SPPB version 4.0.9 and Joomla 4.2.9.

I tried on two separate hosting services, both are on Linux + MySQLi. I couldn't reproduce issue.

Let me ping our developer tomorrow again.

HI Paul,

I have now been debugging this issue and found the root-cause error. I will put together a document with my findings and just hope that the code will be fixed in any future release.

Hi,

This development instance has SPPB 4.0.10

Please try to make json export of a page in PageBuilder.

There is no issues in the J4 or mySQL setup, and params are OK.

If this does not get resolved I need to build a permanent script that could extract the data from the actual table.

I have just checked and the json file is created and possible to import into another 4.0.10.

What exactly have you amended in the tenant to get this working?

Last word...

You have this same version as you had, the only thing we did was Disabled Debug mode in Global Configuration. Somehow it locked Export in your case, werid - don't you think.
