Click on the button icon in the toolbar of the addon
Click Color
Tabs for Normal + Hover show up but the fields for the actual color settings are missing.
This needs to be fixed!

It will only show when you set the button style Custom. Please try it and let me if you have further issues.

This needs to be fixed! and are NOT fixed in 4.0.10 so this must be in your backlog.
